A confirmation email is sent when we receive your order and when your package is shipped.
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed, then:
Packages are sent by Colissimo with tracking, and we do our best to pack your orders with care (in enveloppes for vinyls, in tubes for posters). The shipments are not insured, unless you request it in advance. *Duuu éditions cannot be held responsible in case of loss or damage of the package, and shipping costs are not refundable.
